although know one's sure how the casino earned it's name, the silly title means little once you're inside. while gambling has not taken much of a foothold in the city at all - many people favoring relative financial stability outside of credit - the few who care have dubbed this their second home.

despite it's odd name, the landing is quite the popular restaurant - one of, if not the most well known in the city, in fact. with amazing food at relatively decent prices, along side all of the fancy important wines they serve and family-friendly atmosphere, it is a place that will have people coming back for sure.

unlike the quaint little dinner outside the city for which it is so frequently mistaken, bruno's is anything but friendly. the food is decent and the alcohol strong and cheep, but no one comes there to feel included in part of a "family". light drinkers beware - this a mine field you'd best steer clear of.

no city is perfect, unfortunately, and paralia can't claim to be an exception. thankfully for the poor souls who live here, however, the "slums" of paralia are actually fairly decent in comparison to those in other cities, and with a vigilant police force, crime here is almost as little as it is outside.
