biography
jun's parents left him at a fragile age in his grandparents' care while they journeyed through the wide-world. despite feeling abandoned at times, his parents never missed sending him gifts on his birthday and/or a monthly post-letter, so he couldn't be mad at them forever. raised in the rural areas, he has a huge affection for animals. his grandfather tough him how to fly a kite after endless pleadings from the thirteen-year-old boy, while his grandmother initiated him in the art of paper folding. so it's safe to assume, the boy never got bored.
due to the numerous adventures his childhood friends and him took over the course of his early years, the outskirts of paralia became a second home to him. however, jun's true desire would be air-traveling. he studied hard to become a pilot. secretly envied the magis who could so easily levitated whenever they desired. but unfortunately, sometimes reality shows its ugly head. jun had to give up his childhood dream to help out his old folks in order for them to have a couple of happy, undisturbed retirement years.
after finishing high school, he had to move to the city to be closer to his workplace. instead of going to university and seeing the world like his parents did, he nailed his final exams and got a job, something to keep him busy and pay the bills. the store he works at deals with magical potions and items. being a human, obviously, he's fascinated and over-joyed to be able to be so close to something his childhood-self would have adored, having never truly experience magic before in his lifetime. as days started flying by, jun couldn't help but wonder when will the next adventure begin.
