coltan lives on the second floor of a small storefront at the docks. his primary occupation is to tinker around with things, create new things, find purposes for old things, and he's quite capable of repairing broken things as well if need be. he takes his job very seriously, sometimes maybe a bit too seriously, but he's always eager to lend a helping hand to anyone that might need it.

coltan has a genuine love for just.. people in general. he likes it when people are happy and definitely likes it when they're happy because of something that he did. he's more than likely going to go out of his way to please those around him, even if they don't mean much to him, so it can't be too difficult for him to make friends, right..? that being said, colt has a habit of sacrificing too much for the people he cares about and it can lead to him being easily taken advantage of even if he's extremely aware that it's happening. either way, he's an open and caring person and friends shouldn't be very hard to come by.

he generally doesn't like to not like people, however the biggest way to get on his nerves is to disrespect his things and his occupation. he's very .. possessive of his inventions, almost to the point of obsession and he'll act almost uncharacteristically angry and very much not himself if those around him can't respect it as well. other than that, he's not a very hard person to get along with, so anything in this category has the possibility to be very one sided.

coltan is currently involved with Leven Asher and therefore any other present timeline relationships are for the most part impossible unless they are unrequited. there is the slight possibility for puppy love in his childhood before he met levi, but other than that he is wholly enraptured with his favorite little fishy~
